Modern Roofing was built on a simple belief:

After years of working in the roofing industry, we saw firsthand the problems that left customers frustrated- pushy sales tactics, unreliable crews, and insurance headaches. So, in 2014, we set out to change that.
Our Story
Modern Roofing LLC was founded on February 4, 2014, and officially incorporated on February 6, 2014, in Pelzer, SC, just outside Greenville. From a small home office to a multi-state operation, our growth has been fueled by craftsmanship, integrity, and doing right by our customers.
What began in Pelzer quickly expanded across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee; with continued growth into Raleigh, Greensboro, Nashville, and now Salt Lake City, Utah. As demand for quality roofing has grown, so have we.
Today, in addition to serving thousands of homeowners, Modern Roofing also provides professional commercial roof coating systems for businesses across our regions. Helping property owners extend roof life, improve energy efficiency, and reduce long-term costs.
